Success Stories
A collection of stories of how I've helped past clients and their furry companions find a new home.
Band of Beagles
I had the pleasure of meeting Earl Smith and his beagles Charity, Harmony, Grace, Loki, Hope and Cody at the Alexandria's Walk for Animals. As a sponsor, I was proud to have contributed to the record-breaking $62,850 raised for the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
"A chance meeting at a walk benefiting a local shelter led to a successful client/realtor relationship which resulted in our purchase of a lovely home. Our thanks go to Lisa Groover for all her knowledge and hard work in making this happen. And we do recommend her to anyone in need of a good agent and advisor." - Earl Smith
Bohdi, Izzie & Milo Move to Memphis
Selling your house with three dogs home alone during showing times can be tough. Thanks to advance planning, notes in the listing, and a solid game plan for the dogs - this cozy cape cod sold in four days!
"We could not be more pleased with Lisa Groover as our realtor. Being the first time we sold a home she made us feel like her only client, available at all hours of the day and night, and was extra attentive to our needs as we have 3 dogs. She knew that not only was this going to be stressful for us but also our 4 legged children. We would use Lisa again in a heartbeat!" - Tracy Nilles & Sherrie Ruggles
Goodbye City Life
Nick, Jacquie and their three dogs, Shickaray, Baylee and Holly, were eager to move from an apartment to a house with a yard.
Renting with pets can be tough due to restrictions including breed, size and number of dogs.
"Finding a home with one dog is challenging - let along three dogs who range in size. While we faced many barriers, working with a Realtor who understood our pet needs was not one of them. A pet owner can always tell another animal lover and that is exactly what we got with Lisa!" - Jacquie Redmond
